It is still said today that we “regulate”. It is a fact that without rules, instructions, processes and systems, organizations become inoperable or at least work until the first major damage or liability issue, and then from the other extreme everyone wants to solve the problem, which will become resistance within the organization and this and the an administrative decision begins to slow down the successful completion of the main activity or its adequate support. The middle ground, the compromise, isn’t necessarily a bad thing if that’s exactly what will be the way to go. Sober decisions are needed.

As more experienced people than me have said, „Even if it isn't at first, but if I can think it over, maybe it can still be a great answer.”

The point is not always to make an immediate decision while holding the phone in your hand.
