These are the areas that have characterized my time spent working for more than 3 decades. I have learned that there are two sure things, uncertainty and change. In recent years, I have become acquainted with many new tasks and areas, so all the experiences I have seen and lived in good interaction with what I have learned at university. I was always able to draw on learning from practice and vice versa. This is true even if an existing system needs to be developed or a completely new one needs to be created. My task is to try to understand the identified need with active attention - often reading between the lines - and to be able to give an answer or answers to the claimant by asking additional questions. Of course, the question may arise as to whether the answer is correct. If we say what they want to hear, or - take the risk - we are moving towards correct information. I believe in the latter, it makes sense, even if it’s hard to stand there and openly outline the obstacles and problems to be solved that always involve some kind of sacrifice. Counseling, whether in any field, is a task of trust, it needs a bridge, a partnership, but there is no change without sacrifice.
Introduction

Half a century has passed in my life. This has taken more than three decades of work. Yes, I counted well. I draw from the events of the abundant 3 decades.
Like so many, I think I started working for a state-owned company in the second half of the eighties. I moved from the administration to the competitive sector that was starting at the time, and immediately to deep sales as deep water. I spent two decades near two major car brands, where it was supplemented with network development, technical customer service, logistics, and vehicle-related services.
The shift from the car to the FMCG sector, where I immediately dropped into international network development. My university studies, which dealt mainly with economic, financial and consulting topics, have already turned my attention to solving other tasks.

This is how I got involved in various logistics, procurement and machine building topics, while I had to participate in the transformation and reconstruction of the entire network or network partners on my own, as a project manager and external consultant. These were complemented by new areas of expertise, such as real estate management and operation, ICT coordination, road fleet operation, management and fleet management. Of course, this brought with it active participation in related projects, in many cases as a leader.
In addition to this, the field of corporate governance, the development of processes and regulations, the introduction of concepts, strategies and new elements into the life of business organizations. All this, while also touching on different areas of the public and competition spheres.
Each task is different, even if there are many theoretical, practical similarities, as human factors also greatly influence how a given environment responds to these changes. Human can help a lot in this, sometimes maybe more than nice, color charts, or sound methodologies.

Dr. Zsolt Barna Ph.D, as an employee of MÁV FKG Ltd. between 2O15-2018, was involved in the procurement commissioning process of the UFDJ, nicknamed "LENCSE", an important and successful milestone in Hungarian railway vehicle manufacturing, the 99 55 9182 series universal bogie crane vehicle.
